SHIPPING GUIDELINES

We at LuxDesignerHandbags take great pleasure in providing FREE standard shipping services throughout the USA, which include delivery confirmation with a signature. Standard and Expedited delivery through UPS and FedEx are two of the shipping choices we offer. Depending on the destination, weight, and size of the item you select, the precise cost for expedited shipment will be shown to you before you complete your transaction.

Orders will be processed and shipped either the same or the next business day after the order is placed. Please note that shipments are not processed over weekends, and we unfortunately cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

To return eligible items, you must request a return within 15 days of the purchase or original shipment date, and return the item(s).
Refunds:
The item(s) must be in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories attached.
Any signs of use, damage, or alteration may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.
Late Returns:
If, for some reason, you fail to return the item by the deadline, you will no longer be entitled to a refund. However, as a courtesy, we provide you with the option of a consignment or sell the item back to us at a price that both parties agree upon. In this manner, even if a refund is no longer feasible, you can still recoup a portion of your investment.
